Availability of Goods and prices: Phoenix Pharmacy will endeavour to maintain the best range of healthcare products to meet your personal needs but reserves the exclusive right to add, delete, vary and restrict any products, change prices, offer or withhold any services at its own discretion, anytime without any reason or so as to comply with change in regulations without prior notice.
Ordering: By placing an order through Phoenix Pharmacy you are making an offer to buy products or services available but it will not constitute a sale agreement. Once your order is recieved it will be processed, once payment is recieved it will be dispatched. Prior to that Phoenix Pharmacy resereves the right to accept, withold or refuse any orders or services at its own discretion without any reason or prior notice. Images of products and packaging may vary. It is your responsibilty to ensure you comply with your local Law.
Selection of medicines: You should only select and purchase any medicinal product (s) from this site only after seeking professional medical advice as to the diagnosis of your medical condition and the apropriate treatment for it. Our pharmacist is always available should you need any health advice. If you need your medication urgently you should visist your nearest convenient pharmacy where they will be able to deal with your request promptly.
Paracetamol containing products: Due to strict regulations we can only supply upto a maximum of 100 paracetamol containing tablets or capsules at a time (this includes co-codamol tablets or capsules) at the discretion of the pharmacist in charge. If required you may order reasonably larger quantities of effervesent tablets instead which are less restricted or other alternative painkillers.
Products containing pseudoephedrine and ephedrine: Due to recent changes and recomendations on the sale of products containing pseudoephedrine and ephedrine, sale of these products will be restricted to one packet per sale.
Payments: All payments will be based on pound sterling (GBP). Prices shown in other currencies than pound sterling such as dollars and euros is merely indicative for your benefit. The actual cost to you in other currencies is dependent on the exchange rate your bank charges to you on that particular day at their prevailing exchange rate. All payments are payable to and will be collected in the name of Urmston Pharmacy.
Delivery of Goods: All NHS and private prescriptions delivered free of charge. For all other orders there is a minimum delivery charge of £2.50 and free delivery on all U.K. orders of £30 or above in a single transaction and upto 2kg in weight, excludes gift boxing and infant formula and nappies. Delivery is usually 2 to 5 working days; bulky and heavier items could take longer. There may be delays to the Isle of Man and Scottish Islands and may be subject to extra delivery charge. Delivery charge includes postage and packaging and insurance. All orders are subject to availability. Your orders may be delivered in seperate parcels and by diffrent couriers. We cannot deliver to P.O Box addresses. You must be available to sign for your delivery. Phoenix Pharmacy will not be responsible for any delays in delivery, losses or damages or confiscation of goods due to your local law enforcement outside the jurisdiction of the English courts.
Overseas Deliveries: We are able to send goods to customers overseas (with the exception of aerosols). It is your responsibility to make sure of any orders you place with us complies with your local regulations. Any losses incurred due to your local law enforcement outside the jurisdiction of the English courts are entirely yours. Phoenix Pharmacy cannot be held responsible for any delays and loss of your order through confiscation by your local law enforcers. No refund will be given for the goods or delivery charge. Any losses incurred by phoenix pharmacy as a result of your order will be payable by you.
Under UK law we are only able to dispense prescriptions written by practitioners who are registered in the UK.
Returns Policy: Phoenix Pharmacy will do its utmost to ensure any orders reach you in satisfactory conditions. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order please return your ordered items in its original packaging unopened with the seals intact. If it is a mistake on our part than we will give you a full refund including delivery charge as soon as the return is processed. If it is a mistake on your part we cannot refund your delivery charge and there will be a 10% handling charge on all goods returned in the condition it was recieved. Exceptions apply to medicines and foodstuffs where a refund will only be given if we have sent the order in error. If you place an order in error and the order is processed and dispatched before you notify us, you may return the items ordered in error, once recieved, for safe disposal BUT we will not give any refund and will not reuse any such returned items. This in line with current regulations.
